Private, one-on-one guidance for experienced professionals

These sessions are designed for communications professionals responsible for editorial quality, content outcomes, and decision-making — often across teams, clients, or complex projects — and increasingly working in environments where AI is shaping how content is created and evaluated. Bring your questions, goals, or roadblocks — whether related to workflow and process breakdowns (especially when integrating or resisting AI tools); content strategy and editorial planning in faster, AI-assisted production environments; client or stakeholder dynamics, such as shifting expectations around speed, cost, and quality; high-stakes writing or editing decisions, particularly when working with AI-generated or AI-assisted drafts; or positioning, growth, and leadership challenges in a changing editorial landscape. Together, we’ll clarify what’s actually happening (such as where AI is helping, complicating, or obscuring the work), identify the core issue (not just the surface problem), evaluate your options (for example, when to rely on tools and when to apply deeper editorial judgment), and define practical, realistic next steps you can take immediately. You’ll leave with clearer direction, stronger judgment, and a more confident path forward.

While it’s not something I usually do at this stage, I am going to run [your recommendations] past our managing partner with my comments included. If we can get his buy-in now, it will save us time when we’re close to making process changes. In short, I am very happy with our work so far, and I appreciate your insights.
